David Pohl is an experienced business lawyer and seasoned executive who served as President and CEO of Patriot Scientific Corporation, Carlsbad, CA, a publicly-held company, from June, 2005 until June, 2007. Mr. Pohl also serves as a Director for Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Tustin, California, a publicly-held clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Law and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of California. Mr. Pohl has served as Special Counsel to the Attorney General of the State of Ohio. He also served as General Counsel of Security Pacific Financial Services and Gibraltar MoneyCenter, Inc. Mr. Pohl holds degrees in Law and Business from Ohio State University. He is a member of the Corporate Directors Forum of San Diego, has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Ohio State Bar Association, and is an Emeritus member of the Board of Directors of the American Financial Services Association, Washington, D.C.

Rob Greenstein has more than twenty years experience marketing, management and business leadership. Rob has served as President of Earnware Corporation from 1999-to-present developing intimate familiarity with website technology, software development, and management of complex information systems. Rob also provides the seasoned organizational and financial leadership balancing the full-throttle entrepreneurial efforts of Valenty. Greenstein and Valenty have developed a proven working relationship over many years enabling each of them to do what they do best without the typical issues facing new management groups.
